If you would like to have additional support in recruiting open positions, then we have three options.
Direct Placement & Consulting/Contract to Hire:
You will receive a weekly list of candidates that are actively looking for a new position indicating if they are open to a contract engagement. If you reach out to us to arrange an interview and you hire them directly, you pay us a fee. If you hire them on a consulting/contract basis you may hire them within six months at a sliding scale reduced fee.
You will receive a list of our technical consultants that are either coming off assignments soon or are immediately available for project or time engagements.
We have a network of independent consultants within our ecosystem that are open for project-based engagements. Our ecosystem includes artificial intelligence, machine learning, financial analysts, management consultants and recruiters.
Our affiliated company Doherty Search Partners, provides interim executives through us for engagements ranging from adding new capabilities prior to hiring someone permanently, performing a turnaround, to stepping into a position while they are completing an Executive Search.
